The problem

The month-end that takes three days

  • Treatment happened in the clinical system and was invoiced somewhere else.
  • Doctor commission is recalculated by hand every month, and disputed most months.
  • Part-payments are tracked in a notebook, so the outstanding balance is an estimate.
  • Compliance formatting is somebody's manual step, which means it is occasionally missed.

What it does

Billing, Payments and Compliant E-Invoicing

Procedure-level pricing and price lists

Prices attach to procedures, with per-branch and per-insurer price lists, discounts and part-payments handled as first-class cases rather than as adjustments someone remembers to make.

Automatic doctor rates and commission

Commission calculates from the work actually recorded, with its own audit trail. The end-of-month conversation with an associate starts from a shared number instead of two spreadsheets.

Built-in ZATCA e-invoicing

Practices operating under Saudi requirements get compliant e-invoicing inside the billing flow, with full invoice logs. Standard invoicing — pricing, VAT, discounts, part-payments — works in any market.

Your own document designs

A designer for invoices, prescriptions and lab orders: logo sizing, header colour, per-element fonts, footer position, QR size, with a live preview. Print language is set independently of the interface language, so an Arabic-speaking front desk can print an English invoice.

Expenses and cash flow

Expense tracking with income-versus-expense and cash-flow reporting, so the revenue number and the money-in-the-bank number are produced by the same system.

What changes

The invoice follows the treatment automatically

Billing stops being a second, parallel record of what happened in the clinic.

Commission disputes get shorter

Both sides are looking at a calculated figure with an audit trail behind it.

Outstanding balances are a number, not a feeling

Ageing reporting on outstanding balances means you know who owes what, and for how long.

Common questions

Is ZATCA e-invoicing really built in, or is it an integration?

Built in, with invoice logs. That said, ZATCA wave criteria and thresholds have changed repeatedly — confirm your clinic's current obligations with ZATCA or your accountant. We can show you the mechanics; we are not your tax advisor.

We are not in Saudi Arabia. Is the billing module still useful?

Yes — everything except the ZATCA-specific parts is market-neutral: pricing, VAT, discounts, part-payments, commission, expenses and cash flow. ZATCA is an addition for practices that need it, not a requirement to use the module.

Can we design invoices that match our branding?

Yes. The document designer covers logo, colours, fonts, footer and QR placement with a live preview, across invoices, prescriptions and lab orders.
