PDental is the dental platform from PentaCors — one cloud system covering scheduling, patient records, billing, insurance, inventory and patient follow-up, used by clinics from single-chair practices to multi-branch groups.
Why we built it
Most clinics do not lose money on the treatment. They lose it in the gaps between systems — a diary on one screen, balances in a spreadsheet, insurance approvals in a WhatsApp thread, and no report that reconciles the three. The work of stitching those together quietly becomes a second full-time job for whoever owns the clinic.
PDental was built with dentists in that situation, in the Egyptian market first, and now runs across five countries. The design constraint has stayed the same throughout: every module writes to the same record, so a booking, its treatment plan, its invoice and its insurance claim are one chain of events rather than four systems that have to agree.
It is a product of PentaCors, which builds and operates it as a managed cloud service — there is no server in your clinic to patch and no backup drive for anyone to forget.

How we build
One platform, not a bundle
Scheduling, charting, billing, insurance and stock share a single record. Nothing has to be re-keyed between them, and the reports reconcile because they read the same data.
