The problem

When the clinic runs on a group chat

  • Work is assigned in a message that scrolls away by lunchtime.
  • Attendance and vacation live in a separate sheet nobody reconciles.
  • The same follow-up task has to be remembered and created by hand every time.
  • Everyone can see everything, because setting up permissions properly never got done.

What it does

Staff Operations and Task Automation

Attendance, shifts, schedules and vacations

Working patterns held in the same system as the appointment calendar, so the schedule cannot offer a slot with a doctor who is on leave.

Task lists and Kanban boards

Tasks with owners, priorities and dependencies, visible as a board. Work has a state that everyone can see rather than a state in one person's inbox.

Automated task rules

Rules that create the follow-up work when the triggering thing happens — so the recall, the callback or the check does not depend on anyone remembering the policy.

Granular roles and permissions

Per role, per module and per branch. A hygienist, a receptionist at one site and a group finance manager each see exactly the surface their job needs.

Performance visibility

Doctor productivity, schedule utilisation and task completion reporting, so a performance conversation starts from what the system recorded.

What changes

Routine work stops needing a reminder

Task rules turn clinic policy into work that appears on its own.

Access matches responsibility

Permissions are specific enough to actually use, rather than so coarse that everyone ends up an administrator.

The weekly review has a source

Productivity and completion come from recorded work rather than from recollection.

Common questions

Can permissions differ per branch for the same person?

Yes. Permissions are scoped per role, per module and per branch, which is what a group needs when a manager covers two sites with different responsibilities at each.

Does attendance connect to payroll?

Attendance, shifts and vacations are recorded and reportable, and doctor commission is calculated in the billing module. How that feeds your payroll process is worth walking through on the demo with your actual setup.

Is there an audit trail of who changed what?

Domain-specific logs exist and are surfaced — loyalty, stock, procedures, invoices, message types and doctor rates each have their own. A single unified activity log across every module is not something you can browse today; we would rather tell you that than imply otherwise.
